IRCC comes back in form after a long time. There has been a long time since there were any draws. Now, IRCC has invited 1613 applicants in the most recent Express Entry draws. The applicants who are selected for the Draw are the applicants with the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) nomination. To be selected the candidates need to have a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 743.

The last express entry draw was on September 19 and invited 4,000 candidates from the Canadian Experience Class -only. The applicants needed to have a score of 509 to be considered. This number was a slight increase from the previous number of 507 points required in the draw of August 27. In July the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draws have been increasingly common and the IRCC has issued 21,800 ITAs to CEC candidates since July. The latest draw is the first draw in the month of October. Last year there were a total of four draws in October and 9,173 candidates got selected.
